bucky keeps plants; not only do they remind him to take care of himself as well, they’re a sign of stability and consistency and permanence – he can’t be on the run all the time when he’s got a strict watering and indirect/direct sunlight rotation schedules. he’s just a domestic goddess who’s taking time to heal and grow and grow some plants
